The Experience Of Life is The Point

The Experience Of Life is The PointYour True Self is the silent obsever and experiencer

Can you honestly state to yourself that I enjoy the autonomy to use my intrapersonal skills and available resources to their fullest potential?

Most of us are confused about life, work and personal relationships.

Our desire to control and master life is met with the undeniable reality that everything around us is in constant motion.

Nothing around us, in the physical world or our physical body remains the same in the long run. Every object changes, but the one who experiences life remains the same.

But that is not all, our thoughts, imaginations and emotions change as well. Also, our desires and fears change.

Life is meant to be experienced

Life is first and foremost meant to be experienced.

Read that again.

Life is meant to be experienced in inner peace as an observer and conscious actor.

You as a human being have in your core the ability to make conscious choices. You have the power of free will and conscious choice is your power. This power is available only when you step out of the autopilot mode, and leave behind your subconscious reactive mode.

As life is just an experience that you are having, then you, as a human being, are a part of a grand experience. Your life is about learning and expanding understanding.

The question is who understands? What is the actual part of me that can observe through my eyes and then understand something on a profound level?

Human being vs biorobot?

Fundamentally, we as human beings, aren't biorobots or biological machines! Most of the current world's problems originate from the fact that people feel and think so.

We have a huge misunderstanding about ourselves and our inner domain. It is time to remove this misunderstanding and find a path to inner freedom.

In this blog, I kindly remind you that every human is born as True Self and most people around us have lost contact with this pure and calm inner state. There is a pathway to get back there and enjoy the flow of life.

Do you remember, as a child you were joyful, curious and mostly full-heartedly loving the experience of life? However, when growing up, you learned all your reactions and others called your body you. So you accepted this and never questioned if is this what people told you was real.

Reality is that you are not your physical body, your emotions, your thoughts, or your imagination. You are not your desires or fears.

You are certainly not a biorobot! When employers treat people like machines, they undermine true human potential and strength. They waken their human resources and diminish their power.

All humans possess creativity, intuition and adaptability; they can learn to access insights and use other intrapersonal skills which are vital for innovation and growth. Ignoring these qualities not only stifles individual well-being but also hampers overall productivity and success.

Recognizing and nurturing the human aspects and mental wellness at work unlocks far greater capacity and resilience.

By valuing people as individuals rather than resources, both employers and employees can cultivate a healthier, more dynamic, and thriving work environment.

Allowing people to train their minds and improve awareness-based intrapersonal skills is a win-win game for any innovation-driven and employee-engagement-valuing organization. However, skills are always personal. So often we forget this.

It all starts from within you!

Your inner freedom is just some conscious decisions away from you! Do you need it back?

Then you need to look within your own inner domain and observe what part of you has this fully immersive experience of life. What is this level within you?

There is only one answer: Your authentic True Self; your spirit or soul.

Life flows when it is in alignment with your True Self.

One easy way to connect with your core essence is in wild and silent nature, after a while in nature your thoughts end and you can just observe the beauty around you. In such situations you feel fully alive, You are the experiencer.

Your work should be your calling, the path that gives you meaningful experiences. When it is, such a path in itself is motivation. Your path of purposeful experiences.

It is easy to be engaged when your experiences are meaningful. It is easy to make decisions when you understand how your learning, experiences and work fit into the big picture.

Your contribution matters, when you are in the right place, doing the right work that gives you new conscious experiences, you can enjoy life, and live it in a stress-free way.

Ego vs True Self

The only part of you that is trapped in endless desires to manifest things is your incomplete ego. Your ego can’t replace the fullness of life that the True Self can experience.

Your ego desires to control and manifest your subconscious desires. It has an endless amount of conditions that need to be met. Your ego knows no peace.

Your True Self only makes conscious choices in Real-Life situations. In situations where you are the True Self and fully present/grounded and trust what you sense.

Your True exists for the conscious experience. It aims to understand processes within you and around you.

Only when your ego takes the passenger seat and allows you, as Your True Self to be and experience life can you find inner peace. When you can accept the completion and fulfillment and the truth of who you are in your core, everything in your life takes off.

When you start aligning with your True Self, will you discover a relaxed way of being, instead of what you think you ‘should’ be or own/possess.

The truth of your life is that you are calm and stress-free if you step out of your subconscious inner reactivity. All that causes worry, anxiety, stress, burnout or mental health issues (like anxiety disorders, depression, etc) is your endless inner reactivity. But it is endless only until you start using conscious choice as your True Self.

To discover your True Self, you need to look within, this is why this website is designed for self-discovery and learning practical intrapersonal skills.

This holiday season is the perfect time to reflect on inner peace and calmness, cultivate peace around us, and express gratitude.

In the United States, the season begins with Thanksgiving and concludes with New Year's celebrations. This journey offers an opportunity to pause, appreciate life’s blessings, and acknowledge what you are truly grateful for. If you do meaningful work, there are many experiences that you can you can be grateful for.

By embracing gratitude, you not only uplift your own well-being but also inspire those around you. Take time to connect with loved ones, reflect on personal growth, and extend kindness.

Prioritizing moments of peace and thankfulness during the season can strengthen your mind and create a resilient outlook for the year ahead.

Conclusion

Wisdom is realizing that life is an experience that is spontaneous and unfolds in every moment for You.

No guru, healer or manifestator is in charge of it. Life is just a journey that you experience and take part in.

The question is: Is your journey spent in subconscious inner reactivity (autopilot mode) or is it your conscious ability to make choices as your True Self among the unfolding Real-life situations?

It's time to realize who you truly are and to relax into embracing your unique experience. It is time to celebrate life, health, wellbeing and thriving.

It is time to notice the value of peace, calmness and joy of being alive. It is time to learn intrapersonal skills and use those for the benefit of humanity. Learning intrapersonal skills is what paves the path to meaningful experiences and peace within you and around you.
