SELF-LEADERSHIP ONLINE TRAINING FOR CALMING YOUR MIND

We as humans are conscious beings. Once we learn to know our inner domain and become capable of using our awareness actively, it opens up our natural ability to notice and change our inner processes.

This training is about self-leadership and understanding intrapersonal skills (see the graph below).

Role of intrapersonal skills in (self-)leadership

You aren't your emotions, thoughts or imaginations. You in the core essence, as Your True Self, are a silent, calm and good human being. In this training, Kaur Lass will demonstrate how to discover your inner domain, understand it better and master the whereabouts of your awareness.

During the training, Kaur Lass will enable you to experience practices that help to find how your awareness enables you to notice your body, become more grounded and mindful and lead your emotional and mental activities at will. He will connect how this is useful in real-life and work contexts.

We are all born with the ability to observe and learn by observing. Our upbringing and lack of intrapersonal education make us lose this natural ability to observe and notice, thus we become stressed and worried and our inner domain keeps our mind busy.

We cover our inner calmness up with layers of thoughts, imaginations, emotions and even physical pains. This e-training is designed to restore the understanding of who we are and how to re-find simple inner calmness and ease of being while remaining engaged with life and work activities.
